ORDER FULFILLMENT AND PROCESSING:
We strive to process and complete all orders quickly, reliably and accurately. We send artwork orders worldwide and there are several shipping methods available to choose from. Pickup is also available for local Eurobodalla and NSW South Coast residents.
Unframed artworks
Unframed artwork orders placed on the van den hooven online shop are generally processed and sent within 1 to 3 business days, sooner if you have selected one of the express delivery options outlined below.
Framed artworks
Until we organise an art exhibition event, most of the artworks themselves will remain unframed. This is to allow you, the avid art collector, to select an appropriate frame that you like. Professional framing takes time though, and we estimate that this step will add 10 to 14 days onto the processing time. Thank you for your understanding.
AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS:
Free worldwide shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all van den hooven orders. Free shipping is via Australia Post. There is no minimum order requirement for free shipping.
Express shipping
We also have a worldwide express shipping option that is sent via Australia Post. This shipping rate is available for AUD$35. Some countries may not be available (if that is the case you will receive a refund for express shipping).
Express Courier TNT
if you are purchasing in Australia there is an overnight express courier available (sent with TNT/FedEx). The charge for that service is AUD$160.
FedEx International Priority®
This service is offered to most worldwide destinations and the charge is AU$250.
FedEx International First®
If you happen to live in Manhattan or the Hamptons, Long Island, New York, you’re in luck. Because we diligently checked this document and it seems that NYC is the only place that offers this shipping option. The cost? AUD$600.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS:
Due to sanctions, we cannot send to Russia or North Korea. Australia Post has temporarily suspended all postal services to and from the Russian Federation.
