Online art shop website updates
We just wanted to provide a quick update as we’re busily working behind the scenes to improve your online art shopping experience here with us.
We’ve re-enabled trackship, which means you get visual tracking updates and final delivery confirmation. You can now check the status of your online order here.
Apart from that, we’re also in the process of updating all of our art descriptions, something that takes a lot of time. We’ll also be adding more images of each artwork soon. These will appear in the online shop section of our our website.
You may have also noticed that we’ve recently added several different shipping and payment options too, as well as added multiple international currency options.
This all requires a lot of work, it’s a drain on our server/database, so just a heads up that our site may go down occasionally, temporarily or intermittently while we’re updating everything, for which we apologise in advance.
Oh, and last but not least we’ve added a personalised whatsapp chat function too, which you can access directly from the contact, shopping cart and checkout pages. We’re trying to get a web browser version to work too, so that you don’t have to install any apps on your desktop. If that link doesn’t work, the web browser whatsapp version in located at web.whatsapp.com. At the moment this only seems to work for certain web browsers. So if you have any queries, please feel free to get in touch with us.
Finally, we’ve come to realise that perfection is a bit of a curse. We’d rather get the website out there earlier and have it go ‘live’ now today –even in a partially finished state– than having to wait endlessly until we feel everything is ‘ready’ to launch into the public sphere.
